Deposit of 30% is paid to hold a reservation. These are totally refundable until your arrival. Any cancelled booking and the deposit is not returned unless there are alternative dates for rental available. A 5% of the rate will be charged for the booking process. There is a security deposit also if there is no damage to the property. You can pay this at the same time as booking or on final payment.
From the time a booking is made, you will receive an invoice which will confirm the outstanding balance to pay with the deposit deducted. We ask that full payment for the villa be within 30 days before arriving.
